$500M development is sixth upscale residential endeavor by Michael Ross

Vonore developer Michael Ross has a new project on the horizon that will be his sixth upscale residential development in East Tennessee.  Ross' latest endeavor is called Rarity Landings and will be located off Highway 72 in Loudon, with two miles of land fronting the Tennessee River.
